Our mission is to help users save time and money by making it easy to find a service provider that meets their needs, with our priority being to secure the best price for you.

First, Oolong média inc. is not a broker registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (hereinafter the “Authority”), does not offer insurance brokerage services, and does not hold any designation on behalf of insurance companies or financial product providers.
Oolong média inc. acts solely as an intermediary between the user and its partners and serves only as a tool for collecting and transmitting all information required by partners to enable them to prepare and deliver a tailored quote.
Furthermore, Oolong média inc. does not provide any recommendation service favoring one partner over another. The decision to do business with a partner following receipt of a quote rests entirely and exclusively with the user. It is the user’s responsibility to conduct the appropriate verifications with the Authority to ensure the partner’s compliance, legitimacy, and legal right to operate, including by consulting the registries and information made available by the Authority.
Indeed, before signing a contract with one of our partners, it is your responsibility to request proof of their authorization from the Authority and to ask the appropriate questions in order to fully understand the assessment of your needs.
Accordingly, although Oolong média inc. makes every reasonable effort to connect users with reliable and reputable partners, Oolong média inc. cannot guarantee their qualifications, pricing, work, or services offered. Oolong média inc. is not responsible for any damages arising from a service agreement entered into with one of the partners in its network.

Finally, Oolong média inc. is not a party to any contractual agreements entered into between partners and users and does not guarantee the accuracy of the offers provided by its partners. Quotes must be validated directly with the partners. Furthermore, none of the clauses set out below shall bind Oolong média inc., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, or representatives to any obligations regarding the performance of brokerage mandates concluded with partners.
“Tango Telecom” is not affiliated in any way with Facebook Inc., whether with the website “facebook.com” or any of the services belonging to its network (including, but not limited to, “Instagram,” “Oculus VR,” and “WhatsApp”). “Tango Telecom” has not received any approval from Facebook Inc., nor does it intend to do so in the future.

Any information provided by the user may be modified or removed from Tango Telecom’s databases by sending a request by email to admin@soumissionsmaison.com. Oolong média inc. reserves a period of up to 15 days from receipt of such a request to remove or modify the information concerned.

If partners are unable to reach the user, the user understands that they will not be able to receive quotes from those partners.
The user is at all times responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the information provided through the website. All information must therefore be valid, complete, and up to date at the time it is submitted; otherwise, the user may be subject to the sanctions set out below in the section “Prohibited Acts and Sanctions in the Event of a Breach.”
Oolong média inc. has the right, but not the obligation, to review the information submitted by users of this website. Accordingly, Oolong média inc. disclaims all responsibility for verifying the information provided by the user and for any effects or damages resulting from the submission or use of such information, as further detailed in the section “Commitments of Oolong média inc. and Limitations of Liability.”

Accordingly, Oolong Média Inc. cannot be held responsible for the products or services sold, or for any harm caused by the user or the partner.

Non-Waiver: The silence, negligence, or delay of Oolong Média Inc. in exercising any right or remedy provided for under these terms and conditions shall under no circumstances be interpreted or understood as a waiver of its rights or remedies, and such right or any remedy available to exercise it shall remain valid for as long as the contractual or statutory limitation period applicable to the exercise of such right or remedy has not expired.
Illegality: If any provision on this page is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall have no effect on the other provisions of these terms of use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The terms and conditions of Oolong Média Inc., and their interpretation, are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
